Since we buy scrap materials directly from customers, the transactions are based on mutual inspection, weighing, and agreed pricing at the time of purchase.
For this reason, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Final Sale Policy
All scrap purchases made by us are considered final.
Once the scrap is:
Weighed
Priced
Payment is completed
And collected from the customer’s location
The transaction cannot be reversed, and the material cannot be returned.
2. No Refunds After Payment
Because pricing is based on:
Real-time market rates
Visible physical condition
Actual measured weight
Refunds are not provided after the payment has been made and the scrap has been collected.
3. Customer Responsibility
Before completing the transaction, the seller must ensure:
They are the rightful owner of the scrap being sold.
The material description matches what is present at the pickup site.
Access to the scrap is safe for loading and transport.
We are not responsible for any misunderstanding if the customer did not review the material properly before sale.
4. In Case of Incorrect Weighing (Rare Cases)
If there is any concern regarding weighing, the customer must notify us:
Immediately at the time of pickup
Before payment is completed
We will recheck weight on-site to ensure accuracy.
After payment is finalized, weighing disputes cannot be reopened.
5. Cancellation Before Pickup
If you booked our pickup service but want to cancel before we arrive:
You may cancel at no cost
Please inform us as early as possible through phone or WhatsApp
6. Special Cases
If a corporate or industrial client has a contract agreement with specific return or review terms, those terms will apply according to the signed agreement.
