2. Eligibility

You must be:

18 years or older, or have legal guardian approval.
The rightful owner of the scrap material you wish to sell.
Authorized to allow pickup and removal of the scrap.

We do not purchase stolen, illegal, restricted, or prohibited items.

3. Pricing & Valuation

Scrap prices are determined based on:

Current market rates
Type and condition of material
Quantity and weight

All weighing is done transparently at the time of pickup.
Prices may change without notice depending on market fluctuations.

4. Payment Terms

We provide:

Cash Payment
Bank Transfer
Corporate Transfer & Invoice (where applicable)

Payment is completed immediately after weighing and agreement.

5. Pickup & Collection

We offer on-site pickup service across Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail, Qatif, Hasa, and Riyadh.

The seller must ensure safe access to the location.
Any required permits or access approvals must be arranged by the seller.
We reserve the right to refuse collection if:
- The material is unsafe
- The quantity differs significantly from what was described
- The material is illegal or hazardous

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to provide accurate and updated information, however:

Prices, services, and details may change at any time.
We are not responsible for typographical, data, or system errors.

7. Prohibited Materials

We do not purchase:

Stolen scrap or illegally obtained items
Hazardous chemical waste
Radioactive materials
Gas cylinders filled under pressure
Medical or biological waste

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss or damage caused by improper handling of scrap before our arrival
Damages resulting from incorrect user information
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

Once payment is made and scrap is collected, the transaction is final.
